Taste is surprisingly pleasant, keeping karela bitterness in mind. It is still an acquired taste that develops over an initial few days. I can't give full credit but there's been a noticeable dip in my hba1c after i finished my first course of 3 bottles. With no other changes to my eating habits or routine. Worth trying

Maine Muditam ka Karela juice try kiya aur result sach mein achha hai. Iska taste baaki brands se kaafi better hai aur peene mein utna kadwa nahi lagta.
