100% worth it
We bought this headset to work from home and sometimes the kids are present. This thing cancels out every bit of noise, screaming, and any singing toddler toy you can think of. The setup can be a bit tricky as each phone this thing hooks up to will vary. The headset is built well and has been very solid. Definitely not a cheap filmsy headset you will find at a budget price. Well made. The battery life works throughout the work day and you simple put it back on the charger.

It's ok, too expensive
The noise suppression is not as strong as in the origiy Focus, but they claim it's more fine tuned for office noises. The dongle is a blessing and a curse. It makes it easy to configure even if you work for a company today likes to make their employees lives difficult. On the down side, you have to use it. Bluetooth alone won't give you all the features. Also, this headset is way too expensive. I like it but probably won't but again.

Not worth the price
The Teams button does nothing. No extra control when connected to computer/laptop. Hurt my ears. Nothing special to make them $250. Not great noise control. Fine audio and microphone. Probably will be retuning most bc they hurt my ears so bad.

Bought this to replace my old [original] Plantronics Voyager Focus. This headset is so much better. Sound quality beats the old one, the construction and materials used are great. This headband is mainly made of metal and not plastic so it won't snap the Bluetooth range has allowed me to freely move to any room in my house without dropping the signal. my old headset did not want to go upstairs before getting choppy shipping was fast, well packaged.
