Waterdrop FC-01 Water Filter for Sink Faucet, 320 Gallons

I am a 74-year-old woman and was able to install this without any problems, but I did follow the instructions exactly. I do suggest taking a toothbrush and vinegar to scrub inside of the sink faucet to remove any particles and calcium build up before you attach the filter. My faucet is low to the sink compared with the ones that arch up high, but I had no problem doing dishes as some others have said they did, due to the filter being in the way. I did not have any issues with that at all, I'm able to do the dishes just fine. The water tastes beautifully clear and fresh. It's much better tasting than the water that comes out of my Brita water pitcher filter which I will now be using for the plants until I run out of filters and then I'll donate it. This is one of the best things I've purchased on Amazon! It exceeded my expectations, to the point that I thought I might get one for the bathroom sink as well in order to wash my face with nice water. However that tap is too low into the sink so it wouldn't work. Consequently I moved my face soap into the kitchen and I now wash my face there. I'm sure my face will appreciate the filtered water. I'll be using it for all my cooking as well because you get 360 gallons of use with each filter, so it's much more economical than the Brita filters (40 gallons per filter) are. I highly recommend it I really feel you can't go wrong with this filter. The only thing I urge is to follow the directions, ie: washers, plumbers tape, etc. That way you'll get it right the first time!😊

Not only does this product work to make your water taste better, the customer service is fantastic, specifically Siki a customer service rep with Waterdrop. My order was originally supposed to come with 4 filters. However, amazon failed to deliver them. Instead of returning the item that I wanted, I reached out to Waterdrop's customer support and Siki was able to get me 4 filters shipped directly from them very quickly. I look forward to purchasing more products with them in the future as I plan to utilize a whole home water filter system and it looks like Waterdrop provides some a great product line for that. BTW, did I forget to mention that this filter actually works!? It was easy to install and my water no longer taste like garden hose water. Thanks again Siki.

Waterdrop faucet filter is great value for money. It makes water crystal clear and refreshing. However, both paper manual and the Youtube video installation instructions are very poor. To prevent leaking, it needs one rubber washer inside the adapter attachment to pipe and another larger rubber washer between the adapter and the filter surfaces, before attaching and tightening the mounting nut. Note: Teflon tape seems mostly ineffective in preventing leaks, I used the included rubber washers instead. I would have given 5 stars but was rated 4 stars due to poor instructions.

I purchased this water filter system because my other one from another brand broke. This was easier to install than the other. The included adapters was very helpful as it will fit many configurations of sink faucets. The lever used to flip from regular tap to filter works well. The flow of water from the filter side was very good as I found with another brand - that flow was very restricted. The overall design/look is nice - it's not overly bulky. The other factor I looked at is how much life will the filter have. This one beats most of the competition by 150 gallons or more per a filter - which is important to me. I'm still using same filter it came with so shall see how long it actually lasts. But there is a noticeable difference in taste of water vs using just tap and pretty happy about that

I live in an apt and the town water we get taste disgusting cuz all the crud they put in it we would also get sick because of it, this filter has fixed that problem and the filters every 3 months for the price are better than most other water filter brands, I also appreciate the higher pressure the water comes out from it as well and it was very easy to install and just use

So far, so good!! Great tasting water! No chlorine after taste! Easy to install!!

This filter was super easy to install with the easy-to-follow included instructions. It does a great job of cleaning our gross town water. It's clear, odor free and tastes fantastic. I appreciate this unit being smaller than others I've used. It seems well made from good materials and should last a long time. My only complaint is water leaks out the top of the unit at the faucet. I've swapped out the washers and used a sealing tape, but it still leaks. It's not a deal breaker, but it is annoying.

We originally purchased a Brita filter for our sink faucet, and right from the get-go, it was leaking and never gave us the confidence that the cheap plastic it was made of would stand the test of regular usage in our two-person home. Fed up with the leaking and very poor lever (from unfiltered to filtered water) after about 6 weeks, we threw out our Brita and bought the Waterdrop - what a wonderful decision! After 3 weeks of usage, this facet filter has NEVER leaked and the lever is sturdy and easy to use. It's also a lovely looking unit that we're happy to use and show off to anyone we have over. Hands down, this is a far superior faucet filter to the Brita - we're very happy customers!

The product itself is excellent - easy to install, and it genuinely makes the water taste much more pleasant. What I really wanted to comment on, though, is how professional and easy to deal with this company is. I originally made my purchase in 2023 and moved in 2025. During the move, I discovered that I had lost a part of my water filtration system, so once I realised that, I contacted Waterdrop to enquire about purchasing a replacement.
