Wow! :) Where to begin! I recently had been looking for a waterfilter to replace one in my kitchen, and I came across Waterdrop. The filter looked great online, and ever since getting it, I couldn’t be happier with it! :)The package came with everything you’d need to install it. Tons of faucet attachments to fit many different models. If you have a sink with outside threading, what helped me when attaching it, was when wrapping the Teflon tape around the sink threads, to match the direction of the end of the tape to the direction you’ll be turning the filter attachment, as to not unwrap the tape as the filter is screwing on. Perhaps before adding the tape, test out which direction that will be first, and then add the tape to install :) It may save you some time, and tape :)Once it was attached, I could instantly tell that the water was so crisp and clear! :) I have been loving the taste, and knowing it is filtered is so nice! Exactly what I was looking for!The speed of the filtered water is also very fast :) and had a really nice pressure to it too!And the look of the filter is sleek, I love the chrome details!I’ve been using this filter everyday since I have gotten it, and I am so pleased with it! :)There are a lot of filters out there, though I am especially glad to have went with this one by Waterdrop, as their company is also so kind and considerate! They answered all my questions, and were there to help if I needed anything! Purchasing the filter from them feels like having the added bonus of being in contact with their incredible service and the reassurance that they have your back! :)Both the crisp filtered water, and their wonderful company, give you the VIP treatment! :) Would totally recommend!!

UPDATE this company went beyond i have seen any retailer do in years. they made it right and i am giving them 5 stars for their product and 10 stars for their customer service...OLD i buy these once or twice a year and they have been good but the last 2 have had leaking problems .so i take the old filter out of the one that works for 2 years ago and just replace the filter .you may have a hit and miss on this product but the last two i have gotten has been leaking .

It’s not the BEST water filter but it gets the job done. For the price I’d say it’s worth it.

I purchased the Waterdrop Water Filter System (WD-FC-01) to attach to the kitchen faucet and am extremely happy with how well it works!I have used other faucet systems for a very long time. However, during the past several years, our "go to" company's filters started using "100% natural coconut shell activated carbon". Although environmentally friendly, I believe that the old filters, with regular activated charcoal, kept the water tasting better for 3+ months. These newer filters, that use coconut husks, do not last more than 2 weeks (taste-wise and purely subjective). Also, these filters cost more or as much as the Waterdrop filters and last 1/6 as long. I have tried the generic versions, but water doesn't taste good after 1 week.I have been very happy with the Waterdrop WD-FC-01. The kit comes with many adapters for most faucets. The directions and drawings are pretty well-written. I like that the handle is turned up to use the filter. The system we used to buy (from the other, well known company) turns on the filtered water spigot when the handle is pushed downward. It's really easy to accidentally bump down the handle and divert water through the filter when you don't want to (like while running hot water).Tips that I have are:1. Make sure the silicon (whitish, soft) washer is pointing in the correct direction. If it's not, water comes out of BOTH the the faucet AND the filter. I made this mistake and had to double-check the instructions and drawings.2. Some complain that the part between the faucet attachment and filter housing breaks easily. I can see that happening if you drop something heavy on the filter housing or when changing filter elements. Just remember that you can remove the filter housing from the faucet section, unscrew the cover, replace the filter element, screw the cover back on, THEN twist the filter housing back onto the faucet section. That way, you won't put pressure on the skinny part.3. I only tighten the connections just tight enough so it doesn't leak. If there's a leak, turn off the water and tighten a little more, and try again. The rubber o-rings used with garden hoses and hand-help shower sprayers don't last long and start leaking because I tend to twist parts, together, with my superhuman strength! 8-P4. I turn on the faucet just enough to get a good stream out of the filter housing. I think if you run the water, at full blast, the filter has a harder time removing the impurities.I am completely happy with Waterdrop products! I hope to try out Waterdrop's Ultra Filtration Replacement filters (WD-FF-02A) next time. Thank you Waterdrop - I will be a life-long customer!

If I could give ZERO stars I would ! I thought I was doing something by getting this ! I even got the one that’s ( suppose to be for your face / skin )- let me tell you !!! I am sensitive to hard water or tap water to wash my face. Mind you I had one from TEMU ! Half the price worked WONDERS! Then I got tired of ordering new ones because when the filters go bad I would have to get a whole new one .! I so thought going to Amazon it would be better just to get the whole filter and order water filter replacements ! But was I WRONG ! I started BREAKING OUT BAD !! Cystic acne! It was bad ! Then I’m like I wasn’t breaking out with the TEMU one. ME TRYING to give it a SHOT still just to keep on getting these BUMPS ON MY FACE ! I finally looked on the bad reviews on this ! & I saw a few people having the same problem!!!!!! I even saw people say that he used a water tester & it was the same or even high PH as the TAP water !!! BIG no so I stopped using it & started using distilled water from a water jug ! & BOOM ACNE GONE !!!!!!! BE AWARE !

I received the filter and loved it but soon after I started experiencing issues with the filter. I contacted the manufacturer and they resolved the issue. Very satisfied.

This is a effective product if your water quality is not bad to begin with..after testing my water before and after the ppm only dropped by 15 to 20 points. It is very easy to install and good instructions.
