Really good seasoning for brisket and other meats. The flavor is bold without being overwhelming and works great for smoking or grilling. I’ve used it on beef and even burgers and it turned out great.

I was so nervous using this rub on my $7-a-pound brisket. I bought a 15-pound brisket and hoped for the best. I coated the brisket with seasoning, let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then brought it to room temperature and added more seasoning before putting it on the smoker. I used a mix of hickory and apple wood to smoke it. I kept the temperature at 225°F for 15 hours, took the brisket off, wrapped it in butcher paper, and placed it in a cooler for 6 hours. The result? A delicious, tender, and perfect brisket! The Brisket Magic seasoning isn’t too salty, and it offers great value with high-quality ingredients. I’m thrilled I got the larger size because I’ll definitely be smoking brisket for Thanksgiving. Highly recommended!

This is a great rub. I've only just started smoking briskets, all of them have had this rub - have been excellent. I trim the brisket, add the rub, let it sit in the fridge on a cooling rack to dry brine, then smoke at 225 the next day - I've had a great tasting brisket every time.

This seasoning is my favorite seasoning for any meat. Chicken, beef, pork... I bet it could make a turd tasty! Seriously!
