Worked great on my 3090 ti graphics card as my power supply box didn't have these in it. fit really well, the cost is super nice compared to OEM, the wire gauge is nice and thick, and it's easy to install. Another nice thing to note is is able to be used on other graphics cards, or even certain all-in-one proprietary motherboards. So it's compatible with a lot of applications. The connectors are also high quality, and didn't feel like cheap plastic

As with most all CM products, these cakes have excellent quality and were exactly what I needed to connect an older GPU to a recent machine.

Good fit. Needed to split one of my 16AWG PCIe cable(connected to 1300W power supply) for my new GPU since it has three PCIe power inputs. This does well. Looking in GPU-Z, i see a 100-130 watt draw roughly on each PCIe port. Port 1 and 3 actually draw lower power than port 2 by about 30% so I have the splitter connected to PCIe port #1 and #3. 16AWG PCIe can handle that no problem to the splitter. This splitter is 18AWG so all good.

Works perfectly. I just used one part of each of the pigtails (as an extender instead of a doubler) and it worked great.

I've used this sort of splitter, and even this brand, before. It's great for older GPUs that have either a mix of 8-pin and 6-pin power, or that (despite a low power draw) require both power ports be connected. With some of my power supplies having limited cables, I can use these to get a bit more gear connected in a mining rig or regular workstation. Great value as well, at $10 for two splitters.

exactly what i needed x 2 i bought an older video card that was amazing when it was new but had 2 6pin plugs my powersupple only had 8 pin plugs this solved that issue

Bought, they looked good quality. Read an article about power adapters often being a point of failure.... Bought a new modular PSU instead. Cost of these splitters was considerably cheaper. The splitter fitted and worked fine during the few days I tried it, and would of probably survived my usage anyway. So give it a go... Worst case scenario, you now have some backup options.
