Very amazing product. Helped me in muscle recovery during working out, having stronger workouts, feeling motivated during the day and being able to sleep well at night. Absolutely zero taste and they aren’t too big. My big complaint with them though is that they float meaning it’s extremely easy to choke on them and I have had issues with them in the past. On top of that you must know that you should only take ashwaghanda for a month at a time otherwise you’ll have hormone crashes and it will start doing more bad than good. Do 1 month on, 2 months off and cycle for as long as you need to. That being said they are very worth it and yield amazing results.

Works!! And thankfully I can ween off without a big dip in mood after use for 7+days Mainly use when the depression starts to get a little harder to manage and it really helps make sure I don’t get low. And then I will stop and thankfully not drop anywhere near where I started I’ve only had this brand and so far haven’t been hurt by it

My son started taking this to help as a mood stabilizer, and it started out great. But after 6 weeks, he began to notice his temper being affected in a negative way. He was becoming irritated and short tempered for no apparent reason. He would be fine one minute, and the next he was flying off the handle over nothing. After doing more research into the product, it can cause real mental trouble for some people. There is also a withdrawal phase for about 2 weeks while stopping that is causing anger issues. Please do deeper research before you start taking it.

Not Extra Strength. 150mg is very low dosage and not worth the money. I have been taking 1500mg before I ordered this brand without reading the fine print.
