DIY roof genius
Best roof coating I’ve ever used. Can actually be used on damp/wet rooves as it will simply displace the water. A brush or squeegee is recommended for application but I found the best thing by far for me was a flat metal spreader. Less messy and better result. Used it on a leaky flat roof last year. So far so good.

Better than Black Bitchumin - but I am still on a learning curve- Must watch more U tube -- or find someone who likes to give information and knows what to do and charges say £200- £300 per day for a good 6 hours. I have done DIY sort of and it is fine...

Sorts flats roofs out. Ideal
Solves the old flat roof leaks. Idiot proof (was for me). Easy to apply looks ok on the roof and lasts ages. Only test is working out where the actual leak is. Perfect thankyou

Only lasts a few months.
I work on maintenance for my local council and we use this often. Within months we are back for the same leak after applying two coats of this. It slowly disappears with time, probably from sunlight. This is an expensive short term fix.
