This package arrived intact and tightly double sealed. The pills are very easy to swallow and a decent dose for daily collagen. I do like a little bit more collagen daily, so I take this along with alternating bovine and marine collagen in my coffee every other morning. I definitely notice a difference in my skin when I am taking this collagen vs not taking collagen. I am 38 y/o female and I was just carded at my grocery store yesterday and told "sorry, you have a baby face" so I think the stuff is working! I also use retonoids and have a strict skincare routine, but collagen is one of the most important parts of my routine and I can't live without the stuff. I think this is a great brand and provides a wide range of types of collagen which is important. Additionally, I have only been able to grow my nails long since taking collagen, it's literally a fountain of youth and I highly recommend this brand!

Seem ok. It was in the same box the Nature's recipe wet dog food was in that I ordered that leaked and went bad. I had to scrub the bottle with dish soap to try to get the smell off. I eventually just opened them up and put them in a ziplock bag.

These collagen capsules smell like an absolutely awful multivitamin smell. It sticks to your hands and mouth too when swallowing. They may be easy to swallow but the smell/taste is off-putting. I've never had a collagen pill taste so awful I would not order them again. It's just really hard to choke down. You get 100 for $20 which is also a bit pricey for a nasty smelling capsule.

I decided to try to take the Sirunes Collagen capsules. I have never taken a collagen product before but I am getting older and felt it would be beneficial for me. One benefit that stuck out to me was how it is beneficial for gum and teeth strength. I knew collagen was good for bone health ,skin, and nails but it didn't ever make me think of gum health. Ad I get older I worry about receding and healthy gums and teeth are very important to me. Since this is a benefit of collagen , I am even more sold on the benefits. This product has 5 different types of collagen where most collagen pills only contain I, II, III, this also had V and X and the collagen is hydrolyzed, which allows for a good breakdown into the body. Great value compared to other brands on the market. There was no aftertaste which happens with some supplement pills.

I've tried other collagen supplements in the past but never in capsule form and was curious to try this one. There are 100 capsules included in the bottle, with a serving size of 2 capsules. The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. I love that there 5 types of collagen included (I didn't even know so many types existed) and that the ingredients specify the collagen source. This is obviously not a vegetarian product since all sources are animal-derived. I have not been taking it long enough to see results but I am excited to monitor for differences as I make it through the bottle.

2 capsules a day of this gets you 2000mg of total collagen. I like how there are different sources of collagen compared to the typical type 2 bovine or chicken collagen. I mostly take this for my skin so type 1 and 3 is what I'm looking for, whereas type 2 is for joints. The good thing is this has multiple collagen types to provide benefits in all departments. If you're looking for a specific benefit, it might be better to go for a higher dose of a particular collagen compared to this low dose blend though.
