Solid Build, Easy Setup, and Truly Portable This ramp is exactly what I needed for safe, reliable access with my power chair. My son ordered one for me to get up a 5" step from the garage into the house. I was so impressed by its design and function that I ordered another one to get from the house to the patio, which is also about a 5" drop, and it works perfectly. It is no problem going downhill forwards, you just need to hand-brake the wheels a bit or you will pick up a little too much speed. Going up hill, however, for safety sake, should be done backwards. I do have one good leg (missing the other) which helps me greatly in a push assist on the floor of the ramp. If you don't have that leg assist it might be difficult unless you have exceptional upper body strength. I weigh just under 200 lbs all together with me in the chair and the ramp hardly shows the slightest flex. It is really sturdy. A great feature is the slip-resistant surface mat firmly sealed to the aluminum. I have used the ramps with my chair and my walker with no issues wet or dry.

I got this primarily to use over my front porch steps on occasion when an elderly, handicapped relative visits who has mobility issues & uses a wheelchair most of the time -It's nothing fancy but it's easy to set up & take back down & put back in storage until the next visit -Does what it's supposed to do...

Nice finish and fairly sturdy. Could have a better tread. Worked well to transport person in wheelchair. We did have to remove the bottom trim of our storm door and file down the edge of the ramp going in the house. Otherwise the door wouldn’t fit over the rim of the ramp. We did not secure the ramp and it is still sturdy. We like they are portable and can be taken with us to other places as needed.

This 5-foot model does not feel lightweight, but it has ample strength for our scooter and I like the fact that the longer sizes fold in half (width and length) so that they are more easily fit in a vehicle. Appears to be well made, and the folding and unfolding process is easy to get comfortable with. I think it will hold up to years of use.

Easy to use right size very good slip resistance

It was heavy well made BUT it was assembled uneven. There was a wider gap on one end in the center where the sides fold out than the other. The center hindges were not even. It did not work for what I was needing as it was to help my older brother who has a steel rod in place of his femur in one leg and has also had a stroke to get in and out of my truck. It was to much of a slant for him to go up it and the seam center was off enough it was very hard for him to turn on it to sit on the trucks seat. It was also hard to set up on my truck running board and could be done with one person but was hard to do. I iniated my refund on Dec 27, it was recieved Back to the reciever on Jan 2 for a refund after trying it only one time, and as of Now the 23 of January still have not recieved my refund for it. I will never do business with this company again in the future as It seems like they really take their time in issuing a refund back to customers. I selected to have it refunded into my Amazon Account as I thought I would get it faster that way but seems like this Company doesnt even give refunds back to Amazon. Any future needs will be with a different company as I do business with companies who actually care about their customers.

Good quality, sturdy ramp for a regular size wheelchair. Worked well for our 2 step porch. Helped us a lot to go outside after hospitalization while I was not able yet to move around with the walker.
