Two different types were purchased and this one by Ahevo was lighter, shorter and had a fan, in theory the fan would keep the bulb cooler and last longer. I switched the Ahevo on first and there was this loud noise that I couldn't believe was coming from a bulb. I went and stood underneath which confirmed it, but quickly moved away in fear this might explode. The other bulb was silent. So mixed feelings with this Ahevo bulb, fairly lightweight, not too long and a good bright light but the noisy fan was just too loud to put up with even if it was keeping the bulb cool.
