These were unexpectedly good!
I have never tried anything like this before, and I was so pleasantly surprised! I enjoyed the flavor, the texture and the energy that they gave me! I will be purchasing these again and definitely telling my friends about them! These are perfect for me. I really enjoy the softness of them. I don’t eat beef jerky. It’s not good for my teeth. So, this is really a great option and the flavors are excellent! I particularly like the blueberry and maple!

Wagyu Beef Jerky
I have never tried wagyu steak before so this was definitely a first. I had gotten these as a post workout snack because I know its high in protein and should help me regain some of that energy lost. There was definitely a variety of flavor and the blueberry one was unexpected. I think my favorite had to be honey lime, it's just the hint of sweetness to balance out such a delicate piece of meat. Usually with beef jerky you expect it to be a bit tough to chew. These were phenomenal and I would certainly try them again.

I ordered the before and this go around they were mushy. No way to exchange or refund. @ Over $5.00 each not worth the gamble to try anymore

Depending On Your Tastes It Might Be Worth The Splurge
Let start with the price and size...I know Wagyu is expensive to begin with so I think for what they are, the price is reasonable. These are small snack size bars, at 1.5oz each.I was very surprised at the softness of them and it made them so easy to eat and highly enjoyable. Not like typical tough jerky. My only complaint is the flavor though. To me, while they did taste good, they didn't have enough flavor. I do have to say I have never had any sort of Wagyu before though, so I can't compare it in that way. I just personally feel if they had a little more "beef" flavor they would be perfect for splurging on. I could taste a difference in each flavor though, and while some may not have sounded desirable to me, they surprised me and I liked them.I think if you can afford it, they're definitely worth trying out.

Tasty and convenient
Love these beef bars! As a mom of two I am always feeding the kids and forgetting to feed myself. I keep one of these bars in my diaper bag so I can have a quick and filling snack on hand when I need it. Great taste and texture, I love that the quality is so good!

Not worth the premium price
I'm always skeptical when a company advertises premium beef, but the product is chopped, flavored, and pressed. After all of that, the grade of the beef is not nearly as important. I found these to be a bit on the sweet side and the taste/quality of the meat itself is no better than products that cost a lot less. I do like that the bars are fairly large, but I don't think they warrant the premium pricing compared to other cured meat snacks.

Rich and tender beef bars
These beef bars are delicious and satisfying. This variety pack includes 4 individually-wrapped bars. I have tried the Honey Lime & Black Pepper flavor and it tasted great. It has a rich flavor and a tender texture. It packs 13g of protein and is low in sugar and carbs. They are a good snack to chew on when I need a little pick-me-up. Great beef bars. Made in Canada.
