The 2012 Complete Book on Lee Enfield Accurizing B&W

A well-written, profusely photographed how-to manual on upgrading and accurizing your Enfields and Ishapores. The author clearly explains the choices you have in achieving the results you're after and step-by-step methods on how to get there. This book is sprinkled with just the right amount of history for context, as well as discussions on ballistics and ammunition that are clear, easy to understand and give the reader a good basic foundation from which to squeeze the most out of these classic firearms. This is truly a trip into the "art" of gunsmithing.

This is one of the most detailed and complete reference books on accurizing a Lee Enfield that I have ever seen.

Photographs are a bit dull, otherwise an excellent book for the 303 owner and beginner for adjustments and testing purposes

Most hunters and shooters will have heard about the ole three oh, and most of them will have one in the gun safe. Weather your into hunting or target shooting this book is a must as it goes a bit further than just improving accuracy . There are some performance tips that make it easier to live with too. The modifications, techniques and theories contained in this book give a good insight to modifying and improving rifles in general. If you are in to modifying your own rifles , especially the .303 Enfield this book is a really good read.

Very good treatise on accurizing the Enfields.

I have an older book on accurizing Lee Enfields, and it is full of great info. But this book adds to it significantly. Additionally, there are lots of references to current forums and online resources for accurizing these rifles. Also, references to current vendors for parts and equipment you might want. Really like this book.

I love that I was allowed to preview this as an e-book for free. It made me lust after this one of a kind book. Of course, it was also a dirty trick, since once I saw the book, I HAD to have it in paper. Which, by the way, is much better than the e-version. If you love your smelly, you will want to check this one out. Unconditional recommendation.

This is the best book I have discovered for the acurization of the various Lee Enfield rifles. It is the perfect reference for those interested in these monumental rifles.

Mithilfe der Tipps und Anleitungen in diesem Buch konnte ich meine Enfield no. 4 endlich wieder auf Präzision trimmen, nachdem sie aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Schaft sehr gestreut hatte. Es werden meist verschiedene Optionen für die unterschiedlichen Bereiche aufgelistet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This is a well written guide to making your already capable Enfield No1 and No4 even better. Comprehensively illustrated (black and white is perfectly adequate) and put together with care by an enthusiastic New Zealander, this book offers much more than marque-specific advice and explanation though, tackling subjects in a way that usefully informs and educates users of any comparable historic firearm. Most owners will never take full physical advantage of this book but will nevertheless delight in it's content. At the very least, it provides a window on what might have been possible with our favourite rifle were we not limited by our own technique and eyesight! A must for every historic service rifle shooter's reference shelf.

A comprehensive book that is full of tips and tricks. Well adapted to every user and every type of shooting practice (temporary/permanent modifications, etc…). A good buy for Enfield shooters who want to improve their rifle and/or just know them better.
