Used the grommet mount rather than clamp, as back of desk has solid back. Drilled a hole to the perfect size so that the screw threaded into the desktop, not just the bracket, making it feel a bit more stable, although it feels stable anyway. The Mount feels sturdy and the arms are easy to manoeuvre. The cable management works with two cables (power and hdmi) to keep it neat and tidy. You could add a third cable and it just about fits.
