PERFECT
After 2o years I finally broke a DeWalt battery. I dropped my reciprocating saw and it landed on the 5AH battery and broke the locking clip off. Then it wouldn't stay attached to any of my tools. I thought I was going to have to throw out a perfect 2 year old 20V battery because of a small piece of broken plastic. I thought I'd take a chance and see if there were battery case replacement parts online. What a surprise. This one was $14 and it comes with absolutely ALL the internal pieces and the case. Perfect match. I just opened my broken battery pulled the rest of the broken piece out and installed the piece from the new casing. Took about 5 minutes and now I saved a battery. Very happy about this.

2 wires are short
Wires going to the indicator light are a little short. I hope they aren't pinched inside. Only time will tell. Other than that seems to be working well. I'm thinking of ordering a couple more anyway. I'll just solder an extension on both Wires to route them so nothing happens in the future

Great investment, glove like fit
Don't empty your bank account just because your 20v Dewalt batteries are cracked. These are a great value and saved me almost $200.00 in lieu of buying new batteries. Once I swapped my old batteries into these cases I did a drop test along with a nice sling down my street and they held up like Ft. Knox. Worth every penny! I highly recommend.

Avoid!
Does not work with DeWalt internals. Requires fully disassembling, replacing and resoldering individual battery tabs, circuit board, and battery indicator, with zero instructions. The parts are completely different than the original DeWalt internals.

Batteries good, indicator not so much.
They work good. But for what ever reason the battery indicators quit after couple months. Battery still works have no issues with battery just would be nice if indicators would last longer.

Worked as intended
It worked as it should. I had a issue with the yellow cover not fitting when using the original black cover. The cover didn't fit tightly but since the other cover was broke I had to use the new cover and I had to change out the circuit board as well.
