Seikado Japanese Agarwood Incense Sticks - Jinko Gohitsu - 60 Sticks (5.5 inches, 25 min burn) - Made in Japan - Oud

Love the smell it does smell different from the smell on it vs when u actually burn it but I still like it I have asthma and this so far is the only one I’ve been able to burn that doesn’t cause me problems I bought it bc argwood is supposedly able to absorb mold spores

This ships from Japan but is worthy. I ordered a box after reading a reviewer talking about this aloeswood blend being marvelous. Thinking it would be good to see if I like real aloeswood. Needless to say I really like this incense. Every other brand and product listing aloeswood in the mid-range market smells nothing like this. I hadn't lit a stick in awhile and after sparking one up, my wife said she loves that smell and it seems so 'clean' to her. Sold. Now this is our house daily. Not sure why it's not popular? Perhaps an ancient secret?

Scent is good

The real name of this is Seikado - Jinkoh Gohitsu (Five Brushstrokes). While it is a popular Japanese incense, it's important to note that, like many Agarwood incenses, this is a blend. It does NOT smell like pure Aloeswood/Agarwood. In fact, the predominant scent I get is floral, while very little, if any, agarwood scent comes through. It's nice for what it is, which is why it is popular. But just be aware that it is blended with other fragrances.

A friend introduced me to these tiny incense sticks. It is a very lovely smell. My only complaint is that once it burns all the way down the remaining little bit that sits inside the incense holder gets stuck in there and is difficult to get out. They also tend to burn down quite quickly. Still love them and will continue to buy and you should too!

This is the third box of Japanese incense that I got. I got these and two others and none of them had any scent when I burned them. No scent whatsoever. Luckily Amazon gave me a refund. So no I don't recommend these

This smells wonderful this is perhaps my top favorite incense, sting enough to smell throughout the house but mellow enough to not be over powering and it is wonderful

Good,thanks

It is merely a product for show. There is absolutely no fragrance. The customer is paying solely for the packaging and the visual appeal.

This incense is amazing the smell is just gorgeous reminds me of Japan so much I will be purchasing again

I've purchased many kinds of Japanese incense, and this product is what I've come to expect from the best of them -- the scent is woodsy and subtle, without any cloying synthetic notes. To me, it didn't smell of sandalwood, as it did for another reviewer. I'm making these sticks last, but plan to purchase again.
