Mixes easily like powdered sugar in any drink, shake, bowl of ice cream, pudding, anything really. Has no flavor or odor. Just started taking it June 2025.........i am 70years old and like walking and bike riding.....so i'll update after a couple months to see if i notice added strength. I have no aches & pains

This is good creatine however I have found it takes forever to fully dissolve in water. I typically add the creatine directly into a store bought water, give it a good shake, then let it sit for about 10 - 20 minutes before consuming. During the 10 - 20 minutes before consuming I will periodically give the bottle several good shakes. What I found is that the first initial shake dissolves most of the creatine however there is always a lot of almost translucent creatine crystals floating around in the water that do not want to dissolve. The last creatine I used did not do this. Instead that creatine would fully dissolve after about 10 minutes. The last creatine I used also immediately made my mind feel sharper and made me feel more awake. With this creatine I do not notice any cognitive change at all. Muscle wise I do feel I get the same benefit as the last creatine I used so it is definitely good in that area. Overall it seems to be a good product and I have always trusted Mercola products however I do not think it is as good as some of the other creatine supplements available.

I gave it 3 stars due to poor customer service. I received my first order last week. The instructions state using 1 scoop (5 grams). There was no “scoop” included with the product & I don’t have a small scale to weigh such small amounts. I wrote the Mercola Market company TWICE, asking for clarification in terms of standard measurements (grams are a measurement of weight, teaspoons/tablespoons are measurement of volume and would vary depending on the density of what is being weighed). I NEVER HEARD BACK. They also don’t have Customer Reviews on their website, nor a way to leave one.
