I really enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and really droll from the get go. I loved all the characters and they really came to life in this novel. I laughed out loud at many parts just because it was so cheeky. You won't regret spending an afternoon with this novel.

I've had this book since the day it came out and just now had the chance to dive in. Once I started, I didn't want to put it down. Although I am familiar with the Robin Hood story, I found myself hurrying through the pages to see what happened next because I cared about the characters. And I loved the ending. Looking forward to more books by this author.

Fun ride from start to finish. Strong, smart, and talented protagonist caught outside of her wheelhouse who must rely on her strength, smarts, and talent to navigate an unfamiliar world. A nice twist on a classic tale.Robin Hood for the win.

This one goes straight to my top shelf! So much fun to see how Connolly rebuilds the Robin Hood tales around Ellie. Every character hooked me and I loved spending the book in Ellie's shoes. Creative, great forward momentum, tons of fun.

I was originally drawn to NO GOOD DEED because Ellie is an archer. I bought a recurve bow a few years ago and really enjoy it, so I thought, here’s a main character I have something in common with from the start of the book.But after the first chapter at an archery meet, the book didn’t keep my interest. Even when Ellie was mysteriously pulled back in time to medieval England, I was just skimming the pages for something interesting until I finally gave up.The pacing was sloth slow. Even though Ellie is caught immediately after going back in time, she escapes. And then she’s caught. And then she escapes. I think. I wanted something of consequence to happen, rather than Ellie luckily being rescued by a knight on horseback.

Wow what a fun book, the humor was fantastic ! I enjoyed this very much, take a chance on this one.

Loved the retelling of the tale of Robin Hood. Writing was wonderful. Characters were believable. Wish it had lasted longer.
