Helps with Nerve Pain but I May Be Allergic
My Dr recommended taking this for neuropathy, starting at 600 mg and building up to 1800 mg. I'm up to 1600, but my scalp has been itching like crazy. Have sent a question to the Dr asking if I should cut down the dosage or stop altogether. A shame since it has been helping with the neuropathy. Perhaps I am allergic.

BEST CAPSULE SO FAR
I use this for a pinched nerve in my neck. So far this is the best capsule I have found. 2 capsules on a empty stomach is the best way so to get 100% absorption. I tried gummies but they all upset my stomach
