Weight management & blood sugar
Switched to berberine phytosome & it manages my weight better than Berberine HCL. Also helps with blood sugar levels. Lasts me 30 days because I take two a day.

Far better than the HCL berberine products!
I’ve had excellent results with this formulation of berberine. The HCL formulation tore my bowels up badly, this phytosome berberine has been great. My appetite has gone down. I used to want to eat constantly and I realized today, I don’t think about food all the time anymore. When I eat, I discovered I don’t eat nearly as much I have always ate prior. I take one a day with my first meal of the day. It’s been working.

Would give ten stars if I was able
Hands down best supplement ever. I have lost five pounds and it’s only been five days of use. I am fuller longer and don’t crave sweet food (which is extremely surprising coming from me). No digestion issues and very good as an appetite suppressant.

Very bitter. Feels good on my digestion. Helped tremendously during the time of the month. It does help balance your hormones. I have not noticed any weight loss yet. Used for 1 month so far.

Hard to tell
Its really hard to tell how this is working compared to regular berberine. Its the phytosomes extracted. Dosage and strength are hard to gauge I dont find 1 pill as suggested to be effective. However in taking 2 I find stomach upset to come into play. There is no real info around as to what the correct dosage should be to regulate blood sugar. I have found no studies done by anyone on the phytosomes versions. So its hard to tell on this product. Doctors dont have much info on it either. They prefer to stick to prescribed meds only. Metformin et al. This seems like a well made and bottled product. They only use glass bottles too. But again dosage and effectiveness is very hard to measure.

Very impressed
I think these actually help my sugar cravings and food cravings. I mean I still eat I just dont crave so much unhealthy junk food. Will definitely continue to see if it's just in my head or it is really helping. They are easy to swallow and I feel good!
