DELICIOUS 😋 Now that I have devoured 5 bags of them, (yes, 5, don't judge lol!) Accidently discovered these while searching for the lemon cake, and decided to try them. First order came a bit beat up & crumbled, but after those first few bites, I immediately reordered. These are soft, melt in your mouth, just the right amount of lemon, with nice sugar crystals on top for a tiny crunch. Not too sugary, just perfect. 100% recommend if you like lemon flavored anything

Nice, but not the best
These cookies are soft, delicious and fresh. I've tried them as is, plain and with vanilla frosting. Both ways are good. The only thing I dislike is that they were not QUITE as tasty as I was hoping. I would like it better if they had a stronger lemon plus stronger vanilla and even creamy custard taste. I recently had a different lemon cookie that was soft like this but also had a more creamy, custardy lemon taste. Now THAT was fantastic! These left something to be desired (compared to what I was hoping and in comparison with those other cookies) but they are still a very nice cookie.
