Pleasantly surprised by the quality considering the low price. The journal feels really nice in the hand, thick and sturdy design. Plenty of pages, the paper quality is good. A bit of bleeding through can happen on the pages but no ink blots or anything like that. Opens nice and flat so easy to add entries/designs, etc.

This is a hardback journal has a dotted grid on each page.There are more advantages of using this kind of paper opposed to lined paper.It keeps handwriting straight, neat and structured.It's easier to draw graphs or tables.It's a neater way to make bullet points or lists.The dots are very light grey in colour and almost undetectable to the eye.

Thick paper so the ink doesn’t bleed through page. I’ve even been able to decorate the front cover with some paint pens. Comes with a handy pocket at the back for storage of papers and the band keeps it closed.Extremely good value for money!

This is a really nice notebook. I opted for the “Cyaneous” one, and I feel it is more of a mid-blue rather than cyan, but the store picture did fairly accurately depict the color I wanted. It looks classy, but still stands out easily on my shelf.It comes with relatively dense 120gsm paper, which means absolutely no bleed when I use my Berol Handwriting Pen. I even decided to try out a fountain pen on this paper, and it was really good at holding the ink, although that occasionally did make the reverse of the paper unusable, but did not transfer to another sheet.The paper had no lines, which at first I had a bit of a raised eyebrow about with it being a notebook. But it does have guide dots, which after using the notebook for a while, I realized was actually a better concept than lines as it allows for things like graphs, designs, but still allows you to place a ruler on the page and get some accurate lines to write on if you need them. I feel I now prefer notebooks like this.At £4.99, it is very comparable to a supermarket price for a notebook. I feel this is a fantastic option .

This is currently priced at £4 for this price this is fantastic value for money. The quality really isn't bad, there is a faint smell which doesn't bother me at all and apart from that I have no issues at all.I have chosen the Light Grey option which is a kind of greige colour which I really like, looks grown up and classy. The hard back cover appears to be covered in a fabric material, it has a soft textured suede like quality. Don't think it's water resistant but thats fine as obviously the pages are paper and you surely you would protect them from water.The hardback A5 notebook is 2cm thick in total including his front and back cover. The paper is lovely quality, really thick, smooth and cream coloured. The paper isn't lined but is has a grid of faint dots. I've never used this dotted paper before I guess it allows more flexibility.As described in the product description the item as an elastic enclosure band, has a inner pocket on the back of the note book. The elastic pen holder holds a standard pen loosely. There are not one but two ribbon bookmarks in 2 different colours.Really happy with this notebook, would definitely recommend. Not only is it inexpensive but it is also decent quality.

This is an A5 (maybe a tiny bit smaller than A5?) journal/notebook with a hardback cover.I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily faux leather, it’s more like a kind textured fabric. It is rather nice however.The paper inside is dot grid - personally my favourite kind of interior, as it allows writing, sketching, drawing and any kind of bullet journalling.The paper is 120gsm, which is a decent thickness. Anything less and you can’t really use a fountain pen - 120gsm is fine however. On a broad nib with a wet ink you’d get some bleed through, but with a medium or fine nib, it’s good.At the back there is a little pocket for loose papers, and the whole thing can be closed with the attached elastic band.At the current price of £3.99, this journal/notebook is fantastic value for what it is.

This is a really lovely notebook. It’s one of those notebooks I don’t want to use because it’s too nice!The cover is a soft chenille type material, which gives it a quality feel. This is matched by the pages inside, which are made of thick, quality paper. It also features an elastic bookmark, a paper folder in the back to store notes/ papers etc, and an elastic pen loop, which is really handy, as it means you can keep a pen with the book and not have to go searching for one each time you want to write in it.The pages aren’t lined, they’re filled with dots that make small squares, so the pages are very versatile.Overall, this is a lovely notebook to use or to give as a gift.
