All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. The bottle shows 4/4 peppers for heat. i would actually classify it as 3/5 peppers. It simply is not on par, heat-wise, with most "ghost pepper" sauces. That said, the flavor is awesome. This is a good sauce for those wanting to get some heat and great flavor.
