I used on a sprained and swollen ankle. Was perfect in the sense that it wraps around both sides and top of the ankle area where all the swelling was. However, it only stayed icy for about 15-20 minutes. Would be good to rotate between 2 of them or stack one on top of the other bc they're not too thick.

I was so looking forward to recieving this. Sad It didnt work. I have Achilles Tendonitis with a Ruptured Achilles on one foot. The cold doesnt last very long. It is very thin and Not cold for even a few minutes time.
