I followed the kit’s instructions carefully and was genuinely impressed by how quickly the mushrooms developed. My first harvest produced a generous amount, enough for a full meal and extra mushrooms stored for later. I used them to make an oyster mushroom and egg stir‑fry with tagliatelle, which turned out beautifully — fresh, savoury, and full of flavour.After the first harvest, I prepared the kit again as directed and I’m already looking forward to seeing the second flush appear. The whole process has been enjoyable, easy to manage, and surprisingly rewarding.
