A wonderful experience from start to finish. I followed the kit’s instructions carefully and was genuinely impressed by how quickly the mushrooms developed. My first harvest produced a generous amount, enough for a full meal and extra mushrooms stored for later. I used them to make an oyster mushroom and egg stir‑fry with tagliatelle, which turned out beautifully — fresh, savoury, and full of flavour.After the first harvest, I prepared the kit again as directed and I’m already looking forward to seeing the second flush appear. The whole process has been enjoyable, easy to manage, and surprisingly rewarding. This kit has been a great introduction to growing mushrooms at home and I’m very pleased with the results.

Fungi - excellentAs it said on the box 7 days from start the pins started showing and boom 7 days after that I had Avocado & fungi toast bloody lovely - following day drumsticks in potatoes & fungi stew - who knows what this evenings supper will be but sure it will have fungi in it.
