Great clear, non-gritty prebiotic fiber
This is a great prebiotic fiber. My doctor told me to increase my fiber intake and recommended this type of fiber. Now Foods makes it in both loose powder and capsule forms. It has a slightly sweet taste so I stir the powder into my morning coffee. It dissolves completely clear with no grit or gummy remains. I use the capsule version when I travel. If you want to increase your fiber or prebiotic intake, this is a very easy way to do it. The powder comes in 2 different sizes, so you can try the smaller one and move on to the larger 1 lb. bottle when you love it.

GLP-1 constipation life saver!
I am on a GLP-1 and struggled with constipation. I’m using this product in conjunction with a few other supplements and I can tell you this has helped me become regular. It took like 2 weeks for it to really start working, so give it time and make sure you’re drinking enough water or it can constipate you more. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I've switched to Prebiotics. Seems to be easier on lower gi system. Less tummy grumbling than with probiotics.

Easy to use
Got this for my husband as needs fiber to help him go number two, lol. He likes the product because it's smooth and mixes easily. I love that it's actually healthy for your body! He is a survivor of colorectal cancer and I feel good knowing he's including this in his diet.

Bought to improve gut health. So far so good.
After a bit of research on the relationship between gut health and OCD I thought I'd try inulin in an attempt to improve mine in a way that should hypothetically help. So far, I feel like my OCD is slightly improved. The more notable effect has been on my digestion. Things are definitely moving along better, but without the gas and cramping, greater intensity of other prebiotic or fiber supplements. I'd recommend giving it a try at least.
