Good stuff. Look for a bargain on Amazon when shopping for these. 3 different sizes.
Pretty darn good. Aldi's has this type of "bar", but they have a bit of an "off" taste. I prefer these. Aldi's seems to have some sort of spice in them. Pumpkin maybe? Not what I'm looking for.

For my diabetics that feel the need to have something sweet this is not a great choice but it’s a better one and they do taste awesome so instead of that muffin or a slice of cake you can have one of these and it doesn’t spike your sugar
