Good for baking!
Love these! They did amazing for my chocolate I needed to dye and I didn’t have any issue of clumping, texture, or consistency! It kept it smooth and the colors are vibrant and it has 0 taste! They are quite small bottles, however with chocolate you don’t need much!

I love the assortments of colors! They work really well for my cake pops. The only downside is that you have to use quite a few drops to get the color that you want.

These are not for chocolate, no oil just water.
Tried black and red. I used the black in 5 grams of cocoa butter and it was grainy and only turned dark gray after adding 6 drops! Tried red and same thing, super grainy and not pigmented. Come to find out these are made with water, not oil!
