Amazing super smooth broth easy to customise my recepy is 2 tbsp Vegetable soy replacement (or low spdium soy sauce) 1 tbsp Dashi Miso paste 1 tbsp coguchan 1 tbsp onion and garlic powder 1 seaweed sheet cut up Tofu Sesame seeds (chai or flax seeds are great for digestion and fiber) Dehydrated seafood mix Cilantro Handfull of Spring vegetable mix This Recipe boost the health contents! Makes a great pre or post dinner broth. I bought the 30 Pack and its a great value for the quality you get. One packet gets you 2 servings The noodles are easier digest and have lower calories.

Ingredient and nutrition information!
Really great taste and the clear version of the noodles are gluten free! It comes with regular seasoning, an oil packet, and some spicy optional seasoning which has a image of a pepper on it. I like that they give you the option of whether to make it spicy or not! Seasoning is very flavorful and savory, with a nice slight oniony taste. The only two things I would keep in mind are it's VERY high in salt content, so you wouldn't want to eat more than one of these in a day. For the rice noodle texture it is a little "starchy" so the texture is a little 'rougher' and 'dryer' than your typical noodle texture. Other than that I think it's worth trying! Definitely a good choice if you are limited in your diet choices and you want a little bit of new variety!

Great tasting good value
Wasn’t what I expected I was looking for flat rice noodles, still I ate it as it has the same flavors as the one I was expecting. Great taste but needs longer sitting time to soak up more liquid from the broth.!
