These are delicious bread crumbs even if you are not gluten free. My husband isn't gluten free and he loves them too. We enjoy breading eggplant in these and air or deep frying. Excellent! Give them a try!

If you make chicken parmesan with this, you are going to be the hit of the year. I use this mostly for chicken parm. breading and its insane how good this is for that.

I use these bread crumbs when cooking for my family, since my niece can't have gluten. They taste pretty darn good! You can really taste the pecorino romano, and that's a good thing since it's probably my favorite cheese. Keep in mind these don't taste like breadcrumbs exactly, but they are a good substitute. I've used them with stuffed mushrooms and breaded chicken cutlets. The cutlets in particular were fantastic.

This is a really terrific product - not only is it gluten free so it's safe for people like me to consume it - but it also has a really nice texture so it's easy to coat fish or chicken! It also has a really great flavour with the Italian seasonings. I will definitely buy this brand again when I run out! I've also used some of this in place of bread when making hamburger patties.

These aren’t really what you would call “ bread crumbs” and I didn’t think I would like them, but I really do! They are really good. If you can , buy just one and try them.
