It's great in all aspects except the fact of using artificial sweetner. I bought this for my mother her health has improved. I'll prefer something with natural sweetners or I'll go for unsweetened one

The drink spikes the blood sugar level very much due to its sweeteners. The tase of this protein powder is sweet and promotes vomiting tendency or nausea like feeling. Not at all good for diabetic patient.
