Finally found control for patches of huge flakes, along with flaking all over my scalp. I have tried all the standards - but nothing really helped. My flaking is so bad that it looks like the result of a very bad sunburn - huge flakes that I have to scrub off with a fine tooth comb section by section. This has been a game changer. I do not have psoriasis but a terrible itchy head. This did not work at all. Very hard on my hair

So far, after a few uses, I have noticed some improvement in my scalp. Less flakes/build-up and less itch. However the amount of hair loss has not improved. It does leave my hair feeling kind of dry even with the conditioner, so I do have to follow up with a leave in conditioner safe for my scalp and ends. I use Mielle leave in conditioner that’s safe for scalp.

Lately, my scalp flare-ups have been terrible, causing buildup regardless of how often I washed. Absolutely love this product. I have struggled. STRUGGLED! With dandruff, itchy scalp and horrible build up for over 10 years. I have super sensitive skin too which doesnt help. But this stuff. Totally worth it! It is absolutely phenomenal! I have been using it for about 4 weeks and it has blown my mind that I can go days without washing my hair and it doesnt even look like I've gone a day. There's no residue, no build up. No dandruff. My scalp has never been so clear. It honestly still blows my mind because I only wash my hair about 2-3 times a week now instead of every other day or every day. So would 100% recommend giving this a try if you have struggled with dandruff and build up on your scalp.
