Does this bus have a stick in the front and an open door like a real bus? Thank you!

Hello. The bus does have a stick on the front. The door does not open, bu you could position the stick out as well as the stop sign, should you so desire. Thank you for your interest!

If I were to get custom stickers for this bus, what scale should I buy?

They come in many sizes. Or would depend on the size of your stickers.
