I purchased this bracelet from Amazon on 27 May. Unfortunately, the golden plating has faded within just one month of use. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. You provide a guarantee card with the bracelet, so if the colour fades within one month, it raises serious concerns about the quality and authenticity of the product. It also makes me question how the Rudraksha beads can be considered genuine if the bracelet itself does not maintain its promised quality. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, preferably a replacement or a refund.
