How much carbohydrates does it contain?

Nature Made Multi Tablets contain less than 0.5 g of carbohydrates per serving/per tablet.

Does anyone know what the expected shelf life is?

The bottle I recently received has a marked expiration date in mid-2023, which is plenty of time to consume 130 tablets.

Why does it take so long to receive? i ordered mine on september 10th and i am supposed to receive it by november 9th

It could be any number of reasons. Did you call Amazon Customer Service? Is it being shipped from a foreign country? Global shipping is pretty screwed up right now just so you know. I have dealt with this myself. If you haven't called Amazon Customer Service already, then that should be your first move.

Is this common for mens and womens

Nature Made Multi with Vitamin D3 and Iron can be consumed by both men and women that need a multivitamin with iron. For example, women of childbearing ages or men that may not get enough iron in their diet. Keep in mind, women 50+ and men generally do not need a multivitamin with iron, but there may be some individuals that are exceptions to the norm. We recommend speaking with your personal healthcare provider before starting any new product, as he or she can best advise you of the products that are most appropriate for your needs.
