I love HOT & I love SPICY... this is BOTH. The ingredient list is very simple: salt (relatively low: 8% DV), red pepper, black pepper, and granulated garlic -- NO MSG or superfluous ingredients or additives. Just a nice blend of these basics, not scrimping on the red pepper. I was going to use it at the table, but found that it's more useful (to me) for cooking - YMMV. I'm from Louisiana originally & really love hot spicy food, and this stuff has a really nice kick. It's simple & it great! NOTE: It's red pepper, so try not to sneeze in your food!! lol

Incredibly good but use lightly at first and gradually add accordingly. Great on everything including eggs.

Slap Ya Momma is always the best. The regular recipe is balanced with a little kick and the Hot recipe is almost a dare. It’s perfect.

I thought I was prepared for this seasoning, but nothing could prepare me for the fiery inferno that is Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning, Hot Blend. This stuff doesn’t just spice up your food—it sends it on a spiritual journey through the depths of Louisiana’s hottest bayous, where it was clearly crafted by some sort of ancient Cajun fire gods. Let me start by saying, this seasoning is no joke. I put a pinch on my chicken, and suddenly, my taste buds were questioning all their life choices. It’s got that perfect balance of heat and flavor that hits you like a punch in the mouth, followed by a warm hug that says, "Everything’s going to be okay—maybe." It's like a food adventure where you’re never quite sure if you’re about to ascend to flavor heaven or burst into flames. They say "Slap Ya Mama", but after trying this, it felt more like my mama slapped me, my grandma slapped me, and then my whole Cajun family came out of the swamp to personally roast me over an open flame. And you know what? I'd let 'em do it again because the flavor is THAT good. I sprinkled it on eggs, and I swear the skillet got hotter. Threw it in gumbo? My kitchen turned into Mardi Gras. It’s like this seasoning taps into some primal heat that no human should control—I'm convinced it's spiked with a drop of molten lava and a hint of voodoo magic. But beware, it’s addictive. One sprinkle leads to another, and before you know it, you’re putting it on everything: steak, popcorn, ice cream—yes, even ice cream, because nothing can escape the power of Slap Ya Mama. I’m pretty sure I heard my food screaming for mercy, but Cajun heat waits for no one. So, if you think you can handle the fire and you’re not afraid of discovering an interdimensional spice portal that leads to the heart of Louisiana, grab yourself a bottle of Slap Ya Mama Hot Blend. Just make sure you have a fire extinguisher and an existential crisis hotline on speed dial. P.S. If your lips tingle for 24 hours straight, that’s just the seasoning reminding you who’s in charge now.

Nice and spicy. Great on fries, tater tots, beans and rice, whatever! One of our favorites is 15 bean soup - cook in crockpot all day, then add tomato sauce, lemon juice, and salt for the last 30 minutes. If everybody likes heat, then add the Slap Ya Mama in the crockpot. If not, then have everybody add their own.
