I have this when I don't feel like eating a heavy or rich. breakfast, Of, course, it's best with butter and brown sugar. Handy to fix in microwave. And, Gluten--free.

This is a great product, especially if you have tummy issues & need a mild, gluten free product. Add maple syrup or honey to sweeten it up, if you want. However ....... you should know that you are paying $14.99 for only one box that contains 8 packets of cereal. I thought I was getting a double pack. At the grocery store, you only have to pay about $6 for the same box.
