Such a great muesli cereal choice without nuts!
I am allergic to nuts and have such a difficult time finding muesli cereals and granola that doesn't have nuts and isn't high in sugar. There are pumpkin seeds in this, which I can handle in small amounts. There is a touch of sweetness to the taste from the dried apples and dried blueberries, but it's not too sweet, and I don't feel a need to add anything to this. I actually eat it dry with a spoon and enjoy it. I have this as a subscription item and get it monthly. Amazon sells it for much cheaper than it is at the store, and I can only find it at one store by me, and they are out of stock often, so I like the dependable nature of ordering it via subscription here.

Gluten-Free Goodness: A Muesli That Satisfies Every Craving
I absolutely love Seven Sundays Muesli Cereal! The flavor is excellent, especially for a gluten-free product, which can sometimes be hit or miss. My favorite part is the dried blueberries—they add a perfect burst of sweetness and texture. This muesli is versatile too; it’s perfect to enjoy hot or cold. On nights when I’m craving something sweet, I add a drizzle of honey, and it turns into a delightful dessert. Highly recommend this cereal for anyone looking for a delicious, healthy, and satisfying breakfast or snack!

Big bag.
Large package. To be honest, We have not tried yet . Be careful opening Amazon Box. I cut bag when opening box so had to use large Zip Lock but again, 32 Oz is a large supply. Price is fair.

Good muesli, though I don't like the apple bits
I avoid grains and was searching for buckwheat things on Amazon, and turned up this. (TMI: I am a little bit allergic to grains, though I can eat them in small quantities. Buckwheat is related to rhubarb, not wheat, and has become a staple in my diet. Oats bother me less than wheat, so I am trying them out now and again for breakfast.) It's good muesli, but I could do without the apples. They are thin spongy half-inch squares, and just don't do it for me. Anyway, I mix this in with yogurt... just yogurt didn't feel enough like "breakfast" to me. And it's pretty good.
