Is this manufactured in a peanut and tree nut free facility?

King Arthur Flour’s certified gluten-free blends and mixes do not have any of the U.S. top 8 allergens added to them as ingredients (which includes peanuts and tree nuts), and are produced in a facility which has a robust allergen control program in place. King Arthur Flour only tests for the presence of gluten in these products, and can’t guarantee they never come in contact with allergens, for instance, during shipping or storage. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, and when there is any health concern we recommend seeking the advice of a doctor or nutritionist to determine if a product should be included in one’s diet. I am also Hypoglycemic and can't have much sugar. Can you tell me   the total sugar grams and serving size?

Does it have milk protein in it?

I gave this item as a gift to someone allergic to gluten. I did not check for milk protein as that was not relevant in our situation. They enjoyed the brownies very much! Sorry I cannot be more helpful!

What happens with the gluten free brownie mix if you use egg replacer? I don't eat eggs.

Hi there! Using starch-based egg replacers (which includes most commercial egg replacers) will result in a brownie that is extremely dense and may stick to your pan. We have heard that some customers have had good results using fruit-based egg replacers (such as pureed prunes, applesauce, or mashed ripe bananas), however. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
