SPLENDA Sugar Free, Low Calorie French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, 8 Fl Ounces Bottle

​I wanted to share a photo to show just how tiny this bottle actually is compared to a regular-sized creamer bottle. It really is a very small bottle! That being said, Splenda makes an amazing sugar-free creamer that tastes much better than cheaper alternatives. It’s a great product, it blends perfectly, and you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality and flavor.

I love French Vanilla flavored coffee creamer and struggled to find a sugar free one that would not shoot my blood glucose beyond my target 130 range. This is the only one I’ve found. It’s not as rich, creamy-smooth tasting as other brands, in fact it feels a bit more watery, it seems. Definitely was an adjustment to switch. So, to get used to it, I mixed it with my usual creamer at first: ratio of 3 parts Splenda to 1 part other. Have slowly weaned myself off of the other brand, and now use this Splenda alone. I like that it has a long shelf-life, so I can stock in a few extras to keep on hand.

I have been buying Splenda Vanilla 6 pack for over a year. Never a issue. Until recently. The creamer is now watered down / watery / strange taste. Because I enjoyed the creamer, I purchased a total of two 6 packs and 2 bottles hoping that the next bottle would be good. This has yet to happen. I've reached out to Splenda several times regarding this quality, health and safety issue. With great disappointment, their responses showed no concern. They stated that they haven't changed their formula. I response that I was surprised they didn't show any concern especially since stating no formula change. Their follow up email only stated they were sorry to hear about my unsatisfactory experience. They didn't even care to ask any questions so that they could follow up on the product's quality and health concerns. Instead just offered me a free coupon. What a disappointment to see such a lack of concern and care for the quality, safety, and health of their product. Scary part was that when I used the creamer, I lost the frothy on top of my espresso. I also informed them to check their feedback on Amazon to show that I am not the only customer concerned.

It's not the worst sugar-free creamer I've had, but it doesn't taste like French Vanilla. It tastes like Splenda that's been left in the same room as vanilla. It doesn't mix well with coffee either, creating something of a Frankenstein's monster of flavors. But I do like that it doesn't need refrigeration before opening, and I don't think the flavor is overwhelmingly awful, so you could do worse.

I am trying NOT to eat sugar. This does not have sugar or CORN SYRUP in it. Zero calories too. It helps improve your weight. Love the taste in coffee. Read ingredients. It is like the organic STEVIA. Much safer for diabetics. If trying to keep sugar out of diet safely try this product.

The texture is smooth and blends into hot coffee really well—no weird separation or film on top like some sugar-free options tend to have. The flavor is a soft, warm vanilla that’s noticeable but not overpowering, and it doesn’t leave any artificial aftertaste, which is usually my biggest complaint with sugar-free products. What I like most is that it gives my morning coffee that creamy, slightly sweet taste I’m looking for without adding a ton of calories or spiking my sugar intake. It also works great in iced coffee; I’ve tried it both shaken and stirred, and it mixes in easily either way. If you’re someone who’s trying to cut down on sugar but still wants a flavored coffee that actually tastes good, this one is definitely worth trying. I’m already planning on repurchasing it.

This is a perfect substitution for regular French Vanilla cream without the sugar and a lot less calories. I have purchased these for several months now and I am never disappointed!!
