I was able to pass the fire clearance to increase my daycare capacity from small to large. I will tell you that it DOES NOT come with any of the wires needed but my handyman was apply to go to YT and found a video on how to connect it. He used his own wires and transponder. Again you need to be handy or have an electrician background to install but it works perfectly and is pretty loud.
