Is this big enough to wear as an anklet?

Not sure. This bracelet is meant to be on the wrist but if you wish to wear it around your ankle, may be you need an extra size of bracelet unless your ankle is as slim as you wrist. Hope this helps.

Can you wear more than one

The beads are about 8 mm in diameter, so yes, you could comfortably wear more than one. I think they would look lovely, layered.
