I use this cleanser twice a day, every single day, and it has honestly become my all-time favorite face wash. My skin feels so clean and refreshed after using it, but not dry or tight like a lot of other cleansers. It’s super gentle, and I’ve noticed my skin looks clearer and more balanced since I started using it. The smell is AMAZING—very calming and not overpowering at all. I also have the body wash from Keys Soulcare and I love it just as much. Both products leave my skin feeling soft, clean, and fresh. If you’re looking for something gentle that actually works and smells good, I definitely recommend this. I will be repurchasing!

I originally discovered this face wash through a travel-sized sample—and as soon as I used it, I had to buy the full bottle. I’ve now been using the full-size version for a while, and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. First off, the bottle is beautiful. I know packaging isn’t everything, but this one really stands out. It looks and feels high-end, like a glass bottle, and the pump works perfectly with no issues. It honestly looks so good sitting on my bathroom counter. Now let’s talk about the scent—wow. I typically avoid scented face products because I have sensitive skin, and I usually just don’t like them. But this one? It smells incredible. It has this luxurious, spa-like fragrance that’s not too masculine or feminine—just clean, calming, and expensive-smelling. If they made this scent into a candle, I’d buy it in bulk! As for performance, it leaves my skin feeling really clean and refreshed. I don’t deal with acne often, so I can’t speak to how it works on breakouts, but it hasn’t caused any irritation or dryness, which is rare for my slightly sensitive skin. It’s a perfect everyday cleanser—gentle, effective, and just a joy to use. If you’re looking for a face wash that feels a little extra special and elevates your skincare routine without being harsh, I highly recommend this one. I’ll definitely be trying more from the Keys line after this.

I have exceptionally dry and sensitive skin and everything needs to be run by my dermatologist BEFORE i can use it - even when they say "dermatology tested". I break out from everything and pretty much everything leaves my skin incredibly dry. I went ahead and purchased it with the intent to try it on my hand first. I'm so glad I did, because my skin has received this so well. It feels and looks clean, has a healthy sheen to it and is just my favorite new product. I've started using her other products as well and I encourage anyone to try it. It's awesome!!

I really love this face wash. I like the clean ingredients., How a little goes a long way, and how my face feels afterwards it’s not dry.

I like the smell it's fantastic, I also like it keeps my hydrated and there lies the problem b'cuz I have oily skin so I only use it once a week so that I'm not walking around with oily shiny face or worse break out.

Love all her products. They smell so good and you can just tell they are such pure ingredients. and her packaging is hands down the best in existence. Love Soul Keys. And this is a gentle beautiful face was AND you get a generous amount for the price. Amazing a million times over.

I got this to replace another product that was drying my skin. KEYS face wash is not irritating nor dries out my skin. It leaves my combo skin a smooth and soft.

Love this face wash…I’ll def buy again…it’s on par with Estée Lauder cleanser…no kidding. And it smells amazing and definitely removes all the make up.
