Used this to smoke a brisket and it worked perfectly. Held the tallow well and kept the mean nice and moist. Brisket had a good bend. Great for any bbq enthusiast.

bought this for the long and slow BBQ cooks but also found it was good to wrap fresh meat in before freezing. The meat does not appear to get 'freezer-burn' and tastes better when thawed. Wrap with the butcher paper first, then cling film and label before placing in the freezer. i don't freeze meat or fish without it now.

Brilliant stuff, perfect for smoking brisket which is what I used it for, also wrapping ribs on the smoker, really good size as well, can’t fault it.

We used it to put food at the centre of the table to make pulled pork sandwiches. It didn't break no matter how juicy or oily the food was. It doesn't smell, it doesn't transfer colour. Really a wide range of use.

Having tried various wraps, I can confirm its superior quality for resting and preparing meat. It does a fine job of retaining juices while allowing the meat to breathe. My only complaint would be the price - it feels a bit steep, but considering the length of the roll, it balances out over time. A creative choice for both culinary and crafting purposes and an essential part of my cooking routine now.

Have thought about buying some of this for sometime and really glad I did. Works really well for resting meat, letting it breathe whilst keeping it warm. Also good for prepping large pieces of meat as well. Good value for money too.
