Q: This insoles work for people with flat feet?

Certainly, I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and these have helped me alleviate the pain.

Q: I wear a narrow shoe, and found these were difficult inserting into my shoes and seem to make my shoes fit rather tight. Any suggestions?

You would probably really have to trim them down good. I have a wider foot and it really filled up the shoe.

Q: The description says "2 pack" for the 10-10.5 size. Is this 2 pair?

It's two individual insoles...not two pair.

Q: Is this foot ball pain insole suitable for people with high arches?

My husband has the opposite problem as he has not much of an arch. I know high arch can be as complicated and be considered cavus foot if extremely high and causes more instability around the ankle due to forward tilt. I can’t say for sure these would help but I wouldn’t say they wouldn’t either, I’d say it best for try since they are not expensive . Custom orthotics, orthopedic shoes and bracing can be quite expensive .
