**Q: Wll they Fit experpeutic 500 xls**
A: Hi Robert. Please check your existing pedal straps and match. That is the best way to see compatibility.  These straps have two slots on one side for fixed mounting and ridges on the other side to slide into the locking on the pedals for custom fit.

A: The  slot is 9/16" width.

**Q: What is the width of the ratchet end of the strap?**
A: 1 inch, maybe just shy of a inch. I had trim mine with some scissors and they worked fine.

**Q: Do these work with a livestrong ls5ou?**
A: These have slots on both ends.
These will work as long as the pedals have slot mounts both sides.

I needed a replacement strap for my Exerpeutic XLS 500 Gold bike. They no longer seem to sell replacement parts on their official website so I turned to Amazon. I purchased these because there are not many options and few reviews that specify that it works on an Exerpeutic bike. I am pleased to say that it fit my bike just fine. Installing the strap was a bit tight at first but I managed to get it installed and it works just fine. Durability seems pretty good to me. These replacements overall are a good quality for the price they are being sold. I recommend it as a result!
