I've gotten wheel covers for 6 pieces of luggage and these are among the better ones. They're thicker and fit snugly on the 5cm wheels. There's no wiggle room and should stay on if the baggage handlers grab our luggage by the wheels. The treads provide extra traction and our luggage still glides smoothly. Having enough covers for two pieces of luggage is also a bonus.
