Terrible
Putty was full of oil and irritated my skin immediately. Wasn’t able to process a return online but called Amazon and they refunded me without any issue.

Recommend by physical therapist
My physical therapist recommended this putty for regaining flexibility and strength in my hand following wrist surgery. Many of the options I saw were 3oz or 16oz packages (these are too small and too big). This 6oz is perfect. I also purchased the pink ( next stronger) putty. It helps to use this at home a couple of times per day. The yellow is plenty firm for me right now; it's what I use at PT appointments. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and to graduating to the pink putty. I recommended this for anyone looking to gain strength or flexibility in wrist, fingers, or hand.
