Review of NatureBell Oregano Oil 7,500mg with Black Seed Oil, 360 Softgels | 360-day Supply Essential Oils for Immune Health | Retains High Concentrated Carvacrol & Thymoquinone – Non-GMO I ordered these after reading that oregano oil might help with my acid reflux. I gave them a couple of weeks to work and they have helped. I honestly felt like they began helping me after only 2 or 3 doses. They’re small enough and easy to take and swallow. While I can smell the oregano when I open the bottle, I have not had any ill effects or aftertastes when taking these. I have taken them with and without food; it’s the same either way. On bad days of my acid reflux, I have taken an additional softgel. The recommended dose is 1 per day. You get almost a year’s supply for this price, which is not too bad. I will likely order these again when I am out since they work better for my acid reflux than my prescribed medicine did when I was taking it. I prefer natural treatments anyway. They have other benefits too, so I recommend these.

So I purchase this and started using it on the advice of a friend.His primary reason was for the anti inflammatory properties and health benefits. He uses the oil and takes it directly under his tongue. But, he warned me of the terrible taste. I am a 76 year old ski instructor and skied over 30 days this year. I have had a tibia plateau break 14 years ago. The bottom of your knee. I will probably need a knee replacement someday. I hoped to be able to ski this season because my knee was starting to hurt. I started taking this oil 2 weeks before going to Steamboat Springs CO. I was able to ski 7 days there, avoiding bump runs. But was amazed my knee did not hurt. The a month later I went to BC and skied for 5 days there before returning home. So I had been taking this oil/pill for 6 weeks. I never had a pain in my knee and it feels better than it has in years. I still avoid bump runs. But the only difference in my life was these pills. I cannot say how well may work for you but I will be taking them from now on. I also only take one prescription pill, a multivitamin pill and Glucosamine/Chondritin pill. So this has increased my pills to 4 types a day. Not bad for a 76 year old skier who still skis over 30 days a year. I

This oil of oregano with black seed oil has worked wonders on me. I have shared it with lots of people and they've ordered it and is also working wonders on them. Helped me with indigestion, helps relieve gas, helps with my spinal bone spurs, acid reflux, joint pain, and I just feel good overall. Highly recommended.

I purchased this supplement due to its ability to enhance my body’s immune system. Just started taking them, so I’ll have to come back several months from now and update my review.
